If you think pimples are a sign of poor hygiene, then you are very much mistaken. Because the fact is: Skin impurities always occur when the body gets out of balance. This happens especially when we eat too unbalanced or are exposed to permanent stress. But natural hormone fluctuations or hereditary predispositions can also contribute to you suffering from pimples in adulthood. This makes it all the more important to deal with skin impurities correctly – from cleansing to care. Here's how pimples develop and how they can be treated quickly and effectively to improve your skin's appearance.
How do pimples actually develop?
Pimples appear mainly where they are least needed: on the face, décolleté or back. This is partly due to the fact that there are a particularly large number of sebaceous glands in these parts of the body, which can clog our pores due to excessive production. But external influences such as dirt particles, creams and make-up also promote skin impurities such as blackheads and the like. In addition, there are other factors such as dead skin cells, sweat and hormonal changes (for example, due to taking or stopping the pill, pregnancy and childbirth or even menopause), which contribute to the fact that many adults suffer from pimples in old age.

Before you get out the chemical club, it is always advisable to rely on proven home remedies. On the one hand, these are better tolerated and on the other hand, they are much cheaper to buy – you may even already have some of the following ingredients at home:
1. Healing earth
Healing clay has been used in alternative medicine for a long time. The mineral powder of natural origin is particularly skin-friendly, but what is even more important: its ingredients can help to make pimples subside faster. All you have to do is apply the healing clay to your face or décolleté - there are both loose powder as well as ready-made masks for external use.
